I
am very sorry but due to a supplier issue I am no
longer repairing the the three red light fault (RROD).
I
am still doing case mods and drive repairs.
If it is not repairable,
or you choose not to repair, there is a $10.00 bench fee.
You
should check with Micro$oft on your warranty, CLICK
HERE for more info. Because once I open the case on
your Xbox 360 it voids the warranty.
Some
people think that you should not use a external fan setup on a
XBOX 360, I've heard that people say that the external fans draw
to much current, O...k.... here's the lowdown on that.
The fans
that are built into the 360 are variable speed fans, which means
that the hotter the 360 gets the faster the fans turn and the
more current the fans draw. So if you can keep the XBOX cooler
the internal fans don't need to speed up.
The one
I would recommend is the NYKO Intercooler
or the Intercooler
TS. This won't help much if you get the RROD but it definitely
will before it happens and after a repair.
I don't
sell the external fans but Gamestop, Kmart and Walmart carry them.
(Hmmmm... one of the places that said you should
not use external fans was charging $100 to fix the RROD)
